- Keyboard Shortcuts : Learn and use keyboard shortcuts to reduce reliance on the mouse.
- Mouse Sensitivity : Adjust your mouse sensitivity to minimize the force required for clicking and scrolling.
- Adjust Chair Height : Adjust your chair height so that your feet rest flat on the ground or on a footrest. Your knees should be at a 90-degree angle or slightly lower.
- Dual Monitors : If using dual monitors, place them at an angle that minimizes neck rotation.
- Top Row : QWERT - Use your left pinky finger for the "Q" key and your right pinky for the "P" key., ERUIOP - The keys "E," "R," "U," "I," "O," and "P" should be reached by alternating between your index and middle fingers.
